Turning a Covered Patio into a Stunning Sunroom with Sliding Glass Doors in West Knoxville
My name is Donna Cyber, and I’ve lived here a little over nine months. I had a covered patio when I moved in, and I thought that a sunroom would be a nice addition. I contacted at least four companies. I actually found CRS Exteriors online, and I really didn’t know anyone here.
I was truly impressed when Ed Clark came over, and I could tell right away he knew his product. He had ideas for me. He was not pushy at all…after comparing the four different companies and considering the warranty that CRS has, the length of time they’ve been in business, all those things came into making my decision to move forward with them. The products that were included were all the ProVia windows, and they did the removal of the wall in my home and the structure. They took care of everything, so I did not have to outsource anything, and they used their crew, or if they needed to outsource someone, they took care of it all. The sliding glass doors as well. So, everything you see was done by CRS Exteriors.
The crew was incredible. David and Scotty are the best. I even heard them when I was not in the room once, determining how to do a certain thing, and they said, “We just want to make sure we do it right for this customer.” They were spot on. I have never been as impressed as I was with this group. They were totally on schedule, actually ahead of schedule. They were clean all the time. They brought in their shopbacks. They made sure it looked sometimes better than it did when they first arrived. So a 10 plus on that!
I would recommend CRS Exteriors to everyone. I’ve already told anyone I meet about them because, truly, they are the best of the best. Starting with Ed Clark, the sales executive. He did not pressure me, and he kept in touch with me. To Michael, who took care of all the coordination. Oh my goodness, he would tell me all the time what was coming up next, who would be here next, what would be done next, and what crew would be here. He would be here to meet with them when they came. I’ve never had communication like that from any contractor ever.
Making this investment in my home has brought my cats and me so much joy. We are out here all the time, morning and night. I’m getting a little bit lazy because I spend too much time out here. But [I love] the natural light it brings in. It’s added square footage to my home. When you start doing this type of thing, you set yourself apart. It increases the value of your home. All the enjoyment you get out of it. I hit the jackpot with CRS Exteriors!
